This is my Greek inspired drawing that most of you know i've been working on. I don't think i realised what a huge project i was taking on!
After reading Helen of Troy by Margaret George (well worth a read, it is better than the movie by miles!) i was inspired to draw something featuring this amazing couple and i found the movie poster. having watched the movie before reading the book the characters were as i imagined them.
This is what i have come up with. I am definately happy about it.
One more thing. i want to dedicate this to little Bosco, God rest his soul. This drawing has helped me to stop dwelling on the death of my little harly boy and i will probably always think of him now when i look at it.
anyways, hope you enjoy and i hope it conveys the passion i feel when learning about the ancients!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
